The face is carved with a small mouth and downcast eyes below arched brows. The hair is pulled up into a tall topknot and adorned with a gourd-shaped headdress with incised decoration. Northern Wei Dynasty period.

佛頭為北魏石雕像，碩大，為菩薩像。頭高束髮，面部豐腴，面目修長，向兩側上挑，眼瞼微開，作俯視狀，鼻挺唇厚，嘴角微帶笑意，下顎圓滿。此佛頭美感十足，呈雍容閑靜之感。
