The shakyamuni is carved seated upon a double lotus throne with both hands held together meditating, with traces of gilt. Qing Dynasty period.

整尊佛像為木胎漆金，佛像大耳垂肩，雙目微啟，法相莊嚴。佛邊褶寬大，衣褶起伏自然，全跏跌坐於須彌座蓮台之上，雙手合十作輯拜狀態。雕刻運刀精準，下蓮花座分體，層疊而上，工藝繁複。佛像雕刻手法簡約，造型規整，線條流暢，優雅生動，實屬珍貴。來源： 洛杉磯已故著名活動家李惠英女士家族舊藏
