The wrathful protector standing in fierce alidhasana trampling underfoot two supine figures, with three bloodshot eyes, wearing the five-pointed crown, the garland of tiger skin around the waist, holding a vajra in the raised right hand and a pasha in the left hand in tarjani mudra, surrounded by numerous bodhisattva and deities in geometrically disposed niches. Qing Dynasty period.

金剛手菩薩，又叫“執金剛菩薩”（Vajradhara）、“金剛勇猛心菩薩”、“金剛手秘密主”、“金剛上首”、“金剛藏”、“秘密主”等，是佛教的大菩薩，以執金剛神的外型出現，通常身現一手持鈴，一手持金剛杵之相，象徵“堅固不壞之菩提心”。他與觀世音菩薩、文殊菩薩，合稱三族性尊。整張唐卡畫工精細，色彩明艷，用料講究，構思奇妙，為西藏西部地區繪製，保存至今仍然品相完好，極為不易。
