Delicately carved as the head of a luohan, the figure depicted with a stern expression, the face framed by a deeply lined forehead and prominently rendered arched brows above downcast eyes, with rounded cheeks above a pursed mouth flanked by deep wrinkles, all between two long pendulous earlobes. Northern Qi Dynasty period.
