Delicately potted with shallow rounded sides rising from a short foot to a flared lobed rim,the sides gently detailed with incised swirls to simulate petals,well painted in cobalt blue to the interior with a lobed medallion enclosing peonies,bird,and butterfly,the rim with an eight-panel shaped cartouches enclosing similar scene of flower and butterfly,the underside base painted with a floral motif enclosed by double ring border. Qing Dynasty period.
