溥儒，愛新覺羅氏，鑲藍旗，恭親王奕䜣後裔，字輩溥，光緒帝賜名儒，字心畬，齋號寒玉堂。因其詩、書、畫與張大千齊名，故後人將兩人並稱為“南張北溥”。與黃君璧、張大千以“渡海三家”齊名。
