The body with flaring sides rising from a flat base, the interior freely carved with a scrolling leafy branches, covered overall in a creamy ivory glaze, falling into characteristic teardrops to the exterior. Song Dynasty period.

此定窯盤胎潔白細膩，薄而堅硬,通體施象牙白色釉，瑩潤柔和。內壁刻劃折枝卷葉萱草紋，線條流暢，舒捲自如，紋飾由底心延伸至周壁。此盤造型雋秀，線條乾淨俐落，萱草刻劃簡練生動，為北宋定窯最具代表性的紋飾, 值得收藏。可參閲《故宮博物院藏文物珍品大系·兩宋瓷器（上）》，李輝柄，商務印書館 (香港)，2002年，第82頁，圖73
