Modelled in the form of ovoid boulder, it is carved with a deep mountain setting with an elderly gentleman riding a donkey accompanied by an attendant walking along a rocky cliff pathway, above him with an ascending stair path leading to a residence, with an elderly figure holding a staff standing nearby. The top left is incised in gilt with an imperial poem on the rock surface. The reverse is carved with similar setting with a pavilion on cliff below a crane in flight, above a deer with head turned back looking over the crane.
