The water pot of compressed globular form is enamelled with a band of leafy peony branches on the body between ruyi-head and lappet bands, all against a bright turquoise ground, the other side enamelled with poetic inscription characters in various calligraphic styles, the base with four character 'QIANLONG' mark. Qing Dynasty period.
