The seal is of oval section, one side carved with inscription of artist signature and date; the seal top surmounted with a recumbent buddhist lion with mouth agape revealing fangs, its mane finely detailed. The stone is of semi-translucent red tone cleverly carved for the lion top, the seal body with translucent yellowish caramel-white tone. Qing Dynasty period.
