The interior is finely decorated with a cartouche enclosing scene of a lakeside landscape, depicting scholar figures standing under trees by a pavilion and bridge to the foreground, the background with hills and mountains across the lake, bordered by three oval shaped floral reserves on puce-enameled cell pattern ground, spaced by round roundel enclosing auspicious stylized character, the underside with floral sprigs and center with a large peach sprig. Qing Dynasty Qianlong period.
