Of baluster form, the vase is supported on a spreading foot and rising to everted rim, the exterior is covered in a lustrous black glaze, with traces of gilt on the fixed-ring beast-mask handles, the bottom bears six character 'QIANLONG' mark. Qing Dynasty period.
