Raised on a short straight foot, the curved sides flaring at the rim, painted in vivid tones of cobalt-blue with 'heaping and piling', the interior decorated with a central medallion of a six-petals lotus flower, within a foliate scroll band at the rim, the exterior painted with large pieces of lotus leaves borne on scrolled foliate above ruyi band and below stylised lappets, the base with a six character seal mark. Qing Dynasty Daoguang period.
