Carved in the form of a Luohan with outward-gazing eyes, tightly coiled hair and beard, garbed in a cloak incised with a decorative pattern, seated with left knee raised, left arm resting on a recumbent tiger's head, the tiger with powerful eyes and nose in wrathful expression, its two front paws resting on the Luohan's right thigh, his back incised with two character 'YUAN SHUI'. Late Qing Dynasty period.
