Contained within an elaborately worked silver shrine, the inner front frame finely embellished with turquoise, lapis lazuli, and coral beads, with outer rim enamelled in blue with flame motifs. The sides finely cast and enamelled with buddhist's treasures enclosed by turquoise, lapis lazuli, and coral beads. The bottom of the shrine with vajra and floral motifs, enclosed within scrolling foliage pattern. The base with double lotus petals enamelled in blue; the white jade bodhisattva statue is shown seated with left hand raised in tarjani mudra, symbolizing vigilance, and right hand rested on knee, wearing exquisite necklace, magnificent crown, and wheel-shaped earrings, all adorned with lapis lazuli, coral, turquoise, and spinach jade beads, and billowing sashes around both arms, all cast in gold foil. His face is shown with meditative expression, flanked by pendulous earlobes, and the jade is of even white tone.
