Each table top set with burl wood panel within square frame, above a recessed waist with decoration, the further apron and spandrels carved with stylized chilong in shallow relief. The table is raised on four three-curved legs terminating in mythical beast feet. The burl panel is of attractive spiralling grain. Late Qing Dynasty period.
