Consisting of gourd carved and bone bound archer's ring, The exterior carved in shallow relief with bird in flight and leafy fruit branches, the rims are bone bound; and a persimmon-glazed gilt-painted archer's ring box, of cylindrical form, finely pierced and carved around the exterior with geometric pattern flanked by two bands of gilt-painted key-fret pattern around the rim , the cover surmounted with a lion finial with head turned back, overall suffused with brown persimmon-glaze.
