The ruyi head is modelled in the form of lingzhi head, the shaft finely carved and pierced in relief with leafy and gnarled lingzhi branches issuing from below, with a tassel attached to the end with turquoise plaque. The stone is of smooth well polished pale yellow tone with russet veins and inclusions. Qing Dynasty period.
