Superbly modelled, the lapis lazuli stupa model is supported on a gilt-bronze circular stepped plinth embellished with turquoise and lapis lazuli lotus scrolls, the chamber with a crystal panel surrounded by two dragons chasing a flaming pearl, below tapering tower carved with lotus petals and surmounted by a platform hung with pearl, turquoise, tourmaline, spinach jade beaded chains below a crescent moon and tourmaline pearl.

此塔身為圓形覆缽狀，主體以青金石雕刻而成。中間開小龕，鑲嵌金邊，亦以青金石雕就。其上有十餘層塔剎，頂端為法輪鈕華蓋，下垂五色瓔珞。塔底端為三層蓮台寶座。該塔造型新穎獨特，形制復雜，塔身鏨刻纏枝蓮紋，間嵌各色寶石，工藝精美，整體珠光寶氣、富麗堂皇，顯盡奢華。
