Heavily cast, the bodhisattva is shown seated upon a lotus petal throne, his hands in bhumisparshamudra, wearing long robe incised on borders with floral scrolls, opened at the chest to reveal an incised wan character, the face with a serene expression, flanked by two pendulous ears, his coiffure of small curls covering his head. Ming Dynasty period.

 此尊釋迦牟尼佛像面相端莊慈祥，釋尊作成道像，螺發規整，塔形肉髻，寶珠頂嚴，大耳垂肩，面目清秀，左手置於臍前結禪定印，右手撫於右膝之上結觸地印眉間白毫，雙目微合，目光下斂，俯視著芸芸眾生，神態慈祥柔和。肩寬胸厚，體態健壯，手腳刻劃細膩寫實，簡潔流暢，表現出衣料較強的質感。下承仰覆雙層束腰蓮座，屬於明代漢傳造像中的精品。
