The scepter head is finely inlaid with an bone carved openwork dragon plaque enclosed by key-fret border, the handle with four stylized characters 'Ji Xiang Ru Yi' translated 'good fortunes as one wishes' enclosed by floral scrolls, the shaft further carved with floral scroll design in shallow relief. 19th Century.
