The silk embroidery, Xiang Xiu, depicts a scholar, with a Ruyi in one hand and lotus leaf on the other, riding on a qilin. Flowers, plants, trees, bat, and grass surrounds the rider. On each corner, there's well stitched and different flowers. Two pattern bands encase the entire embroidery. 19th century.
