The vessel is finely carved with a band of lingzhi shaped leaves below a band of stylized lotus petals. The domed cover is surmounted with a lotus bud finial, the cylindrical neck carved with four elephant heads suspending loose rings. The jade is of smooth white tone with russet inclusions. Qing Dynasty period.
