The upright rectangular table screen is carved in high relief with two elderly scholars and a boy within a village deep in the mountain, the stream flowing down along a meandering path, with pines and willows issuing from rocky outcrops, all below auspicious clouds; the reverse with two ducks swimming in the river below leafy branches; the stone is of semi-translucent even white tone with minor russet inclusions. Accompanied with a reticulated zitan hardwood stand. Qing Dynasty period.
