Of flattened ovoid form, the vase body is finely carved with stylized scrolling floral pattern to the front and reserve in shallow relief, the narrow neck is flanked by two elephant-head handles suspending loose rope-form rings, the rim finely decorated with a key-fret pattern band, the cover surmounted with a domed finial, below reticulated chains tied to a plaque hanging within a delicately carved and pierced hardwood stand.
