Of irregular round section, the exterior carved in relief with a an elderly man and a horse walking on a narrow path, the other side carved with a scholar sitting upon a horse and two horses ahead of him, all in a deep mountain setting, with various trees issuing from rocky outcrops, mountains in the background, and auspicious clouds above. The stone is of overall greenish celadon tone with large areas of greynish brown tone. Accompanied with a hardwood stand. Qing Dynasty period.
