Of archaistic bronze zun form and raises on spreading foot, the vase is of applied with flanges on the lower body, the bulbous mid-section, and the trumpet neck. The exterior is overall covered with rich purplish mauve tone with streaks of lavender thinning to the mouth rim. The bottom glazed in brown with an incised character 'six'. Song Dynasty or later.
