Of hexagonal form, each jardiniere is finely painted to the body with continuous scene of birds perched within the blossoming branches of wisteria tree and peonies, bearing three character 'DA YA ZHAI' mark and seal mark on the body, the mouth rim decorated with key-fret pattern, all against yellow ground and supported on six short stubs. The base is white glazed with a hole in the center. Late Qing Dynasty period.
