觀音頭挽高髻，雙目微閉，面容凝重慈祥，身著及膝長裙，胸前裝飾纓絡珠飾，右手撒施甘露，左手持念珠一串。造像整體設計莊重大氣，細部雕工簡潔流暢，且玉料碩大、質地溫潤細膩，非常難得。
