The gilt bronze seal is surmounted by a seated Guanyu wearing armour, with right hand resting on lap and left hand touching his long beard, all extremely detailed, the back of the square seat cast with a single character 'Jin'. The front cast with five characters 'Da Song Ren Zong Wu Nian'. The reverse cast with four characters 'Xin Zheng Zi Guan' in seal script.

此件銅鎏金印章保存完整，人物雕刻細膩，表情栩栩如生，關公左手捂須，鬍鬚刻畫之細膩，清晰可見，應屬古代銅印鈕中之精品。印章正面刻有“大宋仁宗五年”篆體字，背刻''心正自官'’四字篆體字。
