The jar is of reversed bell shape, with flaring rims tapering sharply to a full body, then slowly tapers to a smaller foot ring, the body depicts two birds flying amidst blossoming flowers on one side, crane and lotus flowers on the other side, all against yellow ground, with a poem on the side, the interior glazed white, and the bottom unglazed.
