Of double-gourd form, it is supported on a gilt-bronze cloisonne enamel stand decorated with floral scroll patterns, the body is carved and pierced around the sides with trailing, leafy vines and smaller gourds, with a mythical beast crawling upon them, its tail divided to three branches. The stone is of mostly white tone with varying tone of grey and russet in some areas.
