Of oval section, this vase raises from a spreading foot with a tapering body. The lobes of the body is carved with panels of old gentlemen conversing in the context of mountain and river landscape, and two gentlemen sitting and conversing on the reverse all between borders of floral decorations. The neck is further decorated with floral panels. The bottom bears a four character' Qianlong' mark. Qing Qianlong Dynasty period.
