This set includes eight desks and four stands. The arm chair's back rest pierce carved with a round stone medallion in the center, surrounded by ruyi and flowers, the arm rest carved foliate in open works, the seat inset with a square stone surface, the skirt pierce carved with ocean waves, the corners with mythical beast mask, the hoof legs connected together, overal decrated in mother of pearl. The rectangular stand designed in similar motif, with stone surface inset on top, beast masks on corner, hoof legs, and mother of pearl decorated surface. Qing Dynasty period.
