此壺壺身、壺蓋、鈕宛如三球層疊，渾如天成，口沿緊密，周整，符合邵大亨（1796-1850年）多以光素器見長之，作品多簡潔莊重，蓋內典型的瓜子形"大亨"款，大亨壺在清代有"一壺千金幾不可得"之譽。
