Seated in dhyanasana on top of double lotus throne pad, the Avalokitesvara has four arms, two hands in the praying gesture while the other two hands hold his symbols, the Crystal Rosary and the Lotus Flower, the face, ornaments, and crown gild, and the entire statue made from zitan wood, retaining the deep black color and grain. 18th/19th century.
