Of globular form, the teapot features famille rose covered exterior, with panels of pavilions, bamboo, and plants, against teal ground with ruyi patterns, the finial, spout, and handle covered in light blue. This type of teapot was mostly made during the Qing Qianlong and Jiaqing Dynasty, with many styling cues from the period. Bottom of teapot with four character "Shao Zhenglai" mark.
