Of naturalistic persimmon form, the teapot’s body incised with poetry calligraphy on one side, landscape drawing on the other side, the handle and spout in form of branches, and the lid in form of dried persimmon. Two character mark beneath the lid. This type of teapot was popular during the early Ming Dynasty period.

此壺為明初流行款式之一，手工拍打身筒成型法製作，壺身銘刻詩文，另一面有山水圖，蓋鈕為柿餅，佈局合理，線條優美，雕琢細膩，顯出自名工所製。
