Of pear form, the body in orange-red color, the curved spout and ear-shaped handle levels at the bronze encased rim opening, the domed lid with bead finial and long insertion fits perfectly onto the teapot. Bottom bears four character mark, with two character "Si Ting" mark below the handle. Lu Siting was born in early Qing Dynasty period. During that period, the most famous makers of Yixing red clay teapots include Meng Chen, Yi Gong, Jun De, Si Ting, and more. Due to their fame, many imitations were made under their name, and their names became the actual style names of the teapots, especially Jun De and Si Ting teapots.

陸思亭，清初製陶人，生卒不詳，在朱泥壺中，孟臣，逸公，君德，思亭等，以上均為清代製壺高手，也正因他們名聲，大多人先後為後人所借名，並成為宜興朱泥小壺的代名詞，其中尤其以君德，思亭更為特定式樣的代名。此壺思亭款，三彎流，流口原似有鑲銅，已遺失。壺蓋蓋鈕把下為一粒小珠，壺口鑲有銅圈，耳型執把壺身如鐘型，壺底鐫有"飛花碎月"，整體觀之小巧玲瓏，亭亭玉立，甚是討喜。
