Of compressed ovoid form, the body in naturalistic tree stump form with remains of severed branches, supported by three tapering short feet with artistic cracks, all with orange-brown color. Bottom bears four character mark "Yanji Tushu", surrounded within a panel of floral patterns. Similar Yanji Tushu mark was seen on "Yangtong" teapot made by Wen Cai. Wen Cai was born during late Qing Dynasty period, and he a renowned potter known for "Yangtong" teapots.
