Of square form, the teapot with curved and smooth shoulder, the handle and spout with rectangular designs, the lid with a four-hole square finial, the clay is deep and dense. Bottom with four character artist mark “Shi Lin Zhong Ren”. During late Ming Dynasty period, the famous teapot maker Jiang Zhiqiao was nicknamed “Shi Lin”; it is possible that “Shi Lin Zhong Ren” may be Jiang Zhiqiao. Qing Dynasty period

此壺作四方式，方正端莊，用泥厚重凝錬，壺底有如一方銅印，“石林中人”篆文四字。明末秀水人蔣之翹號“石林”，“石林中人”是否為蔣之翹？待考。
