Of round form, the mandala was masterfully worked in silver and gilt silver to depict a central deity Cakrasamvara Tantra, surrounded by three layers of four gates, in between the gates include four guardians, animals, and animal carriages, all against a ground of silver filigree scroll-work; the copper base sealed to the reverse. Qing Dynasty period.

此壇城做工精細，內容豐富，器形大，早前為大廟所藏。在目前有據可查的密宗壇城中，像如此大及精緻並流傳在外的壇城極為少見。此巨大壇城對於佛教界、佛教研究機構、佛教博物館以及佛像的收藏者都是不可多得的。背面為銅制。此密宗壇城為台灣八畝園早期收藏。
