This well carved hornbill censer stands on three legs and rises to a firm round body. There are ten red color hornbill dots on the shoulder of the censer, and the two handles of the censer were carved in the form of phoenix head and tail. The handles are connected together with a 7 inches interlocking hornbill chain. The two chains are connected at end with a hornbill carved hanger. The cover of the censer was carved in the patterns of inverted lotus petals and terminated in the form of a gourd. The censer is completed with a wooden stand. Republic period.
