This jade planter depicts blooming narcissus, and was intended for Imperial Palace decoration. All the flowers, branches, and bulbs were made from jade and gemstones. The pattern on the sides of flower pot were delineated in gold. The original hardwood base is accented with coral pieces. Mid Qing Dynasty period.
