Of square section, the top carved with a pair of crouching dragon opposite to each other, each detailed with scaly bodies and with pearl ball in mouth, the seal face crisply carved with inscription in both Mandarin and Chinese script reading 'Chizheng wanbang zhi bao'. Qing Dynasty period.

此印章玉質細膩溫潤，採用整塊青玉雕琢而成，通體青白色，包漿厚重古樸，印面為長方形，交龍鈕，即鈕左右兩邊均見龍首，雙身相連。底部刻有印文，運筆硬朗遒勁，頗見厚實穩健之氣象，獨有一番古拙蒼勁的金石韻味。
