Of globular form, the tea box is finely enamelled and decorated with leafy flowers and embellished with semi-precious gems, the rim with a ruyi band and cover with stylized shou character, surmounted with a gem finial, all on a dense silver wire ground. Bottom with impressed mark. Late Qing Early Republic period.
