This red agate vase is of flattened baluster shape. It raises from a tapering foot to a flaring body. The shoulders are flanked by two lion mask handles suspending rings. The cover is surmounted with a lion finial. The stone, Nanhong, is of red and swirled orange tone with white inclusions. Republic period.
