Of vertical rectangular form, the plaque depicts a scene of tall mountains, flying cranes, walking people, and blooming flowers, all made with white jade, spinach jade, agate, and other semi-precious materials, with a jade Chinese character "Shou" in the top center, and four character "QIANLONG" mark on top, all against black lacquer with gold lining, and edges with key-fret pattern. Qing Dynasty period.
